Located in the lovely Gulfside Cottages. Our streets are lined with white-picket-fences. Our home is located at the end of the cul-de-sac (closest to the beach) and ideal for families! Next to our home is the private pathway from the front door to the sugary sand of the Emerald Coast! We make it easy to go back-and-forth to the beach just steps away. In the other direction we are a short walk (less than 2 minutes) to community pool. (The community pool is heated from March 1 to Easter every year.) Conveniently located near a grocery store, Chick-fil-a, Starbucks, Whataburger & the Silver Sands Outlet Mall! There is a Bass Pro Shop in one direction, and a Pottery Barn in the other direction. This is the best shopping around! Lots of fun beach toys now fill our carport, including boogie boards, shovels, buckets, & beach chairs. Cook burgers on the outdoor grill with Adirondack chairs to recline in. Additionally, we have an outdoor shower at the back of the house to wash off the sand & sunscreen after a day at the beach. After a long day at the beach unwind with an iconic movie on DisneyPlus, such as Star Wars, Moana, Home Alone, National Geographic, Toy Story, Cars, Frozen, Mufasa, and many more! The kitchen has granite countertops and stone backsplash. The kitchen is well stocked with pot/pans and everything you need to cook up a great dinner. We have a regular drip coffee maker & a Keurig. Please remember to bring your own coffee. House is 3 levels at 2228 Sq Ft with 4 Bedrooms + Loft. We have ample parking and can easily fit 3-4 cars. No boats, RV’s or trailers please. Guest access We have automated smart locks on all doors and will provide you with a code at check in. The space - Location! Location! We want you to enjoy your time in our home. Please treat it as if it’s your own. We ask that you return the home in the same condition as you found it. Appreciate your attention to honoring these house rules. We provide starter kits of 2-rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, body soap, 2-rolls of paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc., but this will not last for longer stays. Please add some of these items to your grocery list for longer stays. Starter Kit includes: ⁃ Small bottle of Dawn dish soap ⁃ One individually wrapped sponge ⁃ Two rolls of paper towels ⁃ Six dishwasher pods ⁃ Six tide laundry pods ⁃ Travel size shampoo, conditioner and body bar per bathroom ⁃ Three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom ⁃ Eight kitchen trash bags Beach towels are provided. Our cleaning crew does not clean beach towels. (These towels can easily be purchased, or replaced, at Walmart for a few dollars if needed.). Please shake out the sand, wash, dry, fold, and place back for the next guest. Beach towels are located in the laundry room. Cleaning crew will charge you $100 to clean beach towels since this is an extra load on their schedule. Check-in: 4:00pm Check-out: 10:00am Security Deposit acknowledgement - If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $800. We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart. We will respond as quickly as possible. Our response time for issues may take 12 hours. The Business Hours: 8c-5c 7 days per week on AirBNB/VBRO Messenger. Our outdoor shower is provided for you to remove the oils & sand before entering the house. Please use the outdoor shower to help our plumbing. Speaking of plumbing, please do not put any seafood, or shells down the kitchen drain. The 3rd level is a loft, and has stairs and an open railing. Please ensure kids are able and comfortable with climbing stairs to the loft and are comfortable sleeping on bunk beds. Kids are NOT to climb on railing or hang over the railing. The hosts are not responsible for injuries that may result from kids climbing on furniture or stairs. This is a non-smoking property. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee if you smoke inside, and you will be charged for any additional damages. The premises should be used for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use shall cause immediate termination of this agreement with no refund. The community pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. Fires or open flames of any kind including candles are not allowed. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine. No boat or ski trailers allowed in the community. Refunds are not given for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Our property has been very popular, so we are most likely not able to accommodate late check-out or early check-in. Our cleaners need ample time in between each guest. Should you choose to ignore or overlook this rule we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.

Other things to note There are stairs to enter the home, and stairs to the second and third levels. Additionally, there is a loft on the 3rd level with a balcony, as well as an outside balcony on the 1st and 2nd levels. All stairs have rails to hold onto, and the balcony has a 4-foot wall. We are only accepting 5-star guests, and no longer accept guests under the age of 25 due to damages they have caused. This is a non-smoking property. Fires or open flames of any kind including candles are not allowed. Security Deposit Required acknowledgement - If you damage the home, you may be charged. By renting this property, you agree to waiver any injuries. The owner is not responsible for injuries. The number of guests is limited to 14 as per the maximum of the square footage allowed by Walton County & the State of Florida regulations. Florida’s beach warning flag program provides flags of 4 colors displayed at the beach. Please be sure to follow the flag warnings. Walton County Wildlife Protection Zones has restrictions using lighting during sea turtle nesting seasons (May 1 - Oct 31).
